Skilled & Empathetic Educators
Backed by a wealth of knowledge and experience, our educators and management team are all extremely empathetic, passionate, and qualified to direct your child’s early learning journey, guided by the Prodigy philosophy.
Rich Indoor/Outdoor Learning Environments
We offer a rich indoor/outdoor program as part of the curriculum. Our play-based learning program provides children with the experiences and opportunity to move freely around both the indoor and outdoor learning environment. This blend enables a holistic learning environment, where children can connect with nature or learn to coexist in an organised classroom space, to feel a sense of belonging as well as an understanding of the world around them.
Prodigy offers a range of natural environments to actively explore and engage in risk taking behaviours. The outdoor environment encourages the children of all age groups to discover and interact with our natural environments, sandpits, musical walls, sensory areas, obstacle courses, bicycle tracks, digging patches, plants, community gardens and worm farms are just a few areas, with many more to explore, discover and investigate.
At Prodigy the natural environment is not limited to outdoors. We encourage children to use and explore natural materials such as leaves, small stones, logs, and plants by incorporating it within their play indoors, thus bringing our outdoor environments to flow indoors.
Environmental sustainability
We believe that the children should be made aware of the practice of interacting with the planet responsibly in their early years.
At Prodigy we teach children how to take care of their environment and to become environmentally responsible, by instilling in children the ways to practice environmental sustainability through hands-on experiences and investigation.
We create these moments, experiences and spaces for children through our sustainable concepts that are embedded in our practices such as – Our Recycle Program, Worm Farm, Compost Bins, Water Conversation Project, Community Garden, and our Natural Play Spaces. For more information, click here.
Kinder Program
We know that as a parent, you would want your child to have the very best start to their learning journey. We at Prodigy ensure that your child has the best foundation for the rest of their education Journey.
Prodigy Early Learning Centre offers a fully approved and funded Kindergarten Program for 3 and 4-year-olds. A Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher leads our Kindergarten Program, which is integrated into the extended long day-care.
As part of the Kindergarten Program, children learn essential life skills, such as social and emotional skills and creative thinking. They are also exposed to early literacy, numeracy, science, language, and discovery through meaningful learning experiences. Each of these program is unique and is driven by the Prodigy Philosophy, guided by your child’s interests and the distinctive teaching style of their teachers.
